Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lounge Bar Manager located in Indore. The Lounge Bar Manager will oversee daily operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training staff, developing drink menus, managing budgets, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar management, hospitality management, and customer service
• Skills in staff supervision, training, and scheduling
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment is a plus
