Looking Urgent SEO Manager (Min 5 Years Experience)

RedSpider Web Design Agency is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team remotely This full-time, on-site position involves creating and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical SEO expertise and creative problem-solving skills to deliver measurable business results and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings.- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation efforts.- Optimize website content, including landing pages and blogs, following SEO best practices.- Perform technical SEO audits and apply necessary enhancements to boost website performance.- Monitor, analyze, and report website metrics using analytics and SEO tools.- Keep up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry developments.- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to integrate SEO recommendations.- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective link-building methods.- Identify new growth opportunities and suggest innovative strategies to expand organic reach.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.- At least 5 years of proven experience in SEO, covering on-page, off-page, and technical aspects.- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.- Practical experience in website analytics and performance measurement.- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress and Shopify.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
