Looking for a Collections Domain Expert – Quality & Strategy Focus

NBFC collections

It’s important that you:

Understand DPD, POS, PTP, roll forward/back, charge-off, NPA recognition
Have experience with recovery tracking, MIS reporting, and Excel dashboards
Know how to prioritise high-risk/high-value cases and use digital nudges effectively
Are aware of RBI-compliant practices for communication and escalation

FinnOne, Credgenics, Collecto, Genesys, or Salesforce
