Job Description

Designation: Logistics / Transport In-Charge

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience:

Education:

Industry Exposure:

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of transport operations and freight management.
Proven ability in cost optimization and vendor negotiation.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of domestic and international logistics (road, sea,
air).
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi (Tamil proficiency will be an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches daily.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic ERP systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Transport & Dispatch Operations

Plan and arrange daily transport requirements for finished goods and raw material movements.
Ensure on-time dispatch of consignments as per production and customer schedules.
Track and monitor consignment dispatch and delivery status on a daily

basis.

Ensure end-to-end follow-up until the consignment is successfully delivered at the customer location.
