Sr. Executive - SCM (Stores)

Role & responsibilities

• Monthly Meeting with Planning team to review Inventory accuracy System Vs Physical and check pending GRN
• Issue the materials based on production schedules, BOMs (bill of Month), and work orders.
• Optimize the Tracking process of Inbound & Outbound issuance of Products from Commercial Locations warehouse, daily updating L/R in system with special focus on last mile logistics, to meet customer requirements
• Communicate status of orders, delays, or shortages and escalate as necessary
• Follow standard operating procedures and metrics to achieve business results and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality Control (QA) to align material flow with demand.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts through the manpower and reconciliations
• Proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping the materials through the man power
• Ensure disposal of Defective, Rejected Material
• Timely GRN and Issuance to Production
• Record Keeping
• Ensure batch control, FIFO- LIFO as applicable, and material traceability
• Assign daily tasks to manpower in IB store , manage workloads, and monitor performance.
• Documentation, and record-keeping (Materials Issued Doc's and Return Materials Doc's and Sample Materials Doc's and Bill of Manth Indent's Docs along with Excel Tracker )
