Logistics Specialist

Job Description: As a candidate for the position, your main goal will be to achieve the budgeted supply chain of FRESH Primary/Secondary products. This includes focusing on inventory and warehouse management to ensure timely and correct product verification, as well as reducing waste and transit losses in fresh milk. It is crucial to prevent losses in products due to expiry and improper management. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize routing and vehicle utilization for fresh milk transportation - Implement On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) standards - Monitor data logger temperatures and promptly address any deviations - Carry out debits when necessary - Ensure timely monthly cost bookings and circulate MIS reports before the 2nd of every month using predefined templates - Proper Proof of Delivery (POD) management for all supplies across channels - Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crates management and reconciliation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Knowledge of management information systems (MIS) and logistics software - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,
