Logistics Sales Executive

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers through field sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Pitch courier aggregation services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise clients.
• Understand client logistics needs and present customized solutions aligned with their shipping requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention and repeat business.
• Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth account setup and service initiation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Track sales metrics and deliver regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pricing, product feedback, and service optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Prior experience in international or domestic sales/lead generation/telecalling is an advantage.
  
• Ability to meet targets and thrive in a results-driven environment.
