Logistics & Order Management Officer

Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product and order listings with accurate, timely updates in the system. Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, including dispatch, courier coordination, and last-mile delivery via Shiprocket and other logistics platforms. Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure operational excellence. Generate and maintain daily operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review. Provide real-time support through calls, emails, and omnichannel customer service platforms. Drive process improvements to enhance delivery timelines, reduce escalations, and boost customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Requirements Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and deliver quick resolutions. Excellent business communication (written & verbal) and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and order management platforms (Shiprocket preferred). Ability to work independently as well as in agile, collaborative teams. Prior experience in e-commerce operations, customer success, or order management is a strong plus
