Logistics Manager

As a Logistics and Vendor Management Executive for our e-commerce business, your role will involve overseeing supply chain operations and logistics management. You will play a crucial part in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and enhancing marketplace efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end logistics operations such as order fulfillment, dispatch, transportation, and last-mile delivery. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners to facilitate timely procurement and distribution of products. - Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with logistics and vendor partners. - Monitor stock movement, warehouse activities, and inventory control to uphold seamless supply chain flow. - Ensure vendors adhere to company policies, quality standards, and delivery schedules. - Resolve logistics issues like delays, returns, damages, or disputes with vendors and partners. - Collaborate with the e-commerce operations team to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs. - Track, analyze, and report logistics KPIs including delivery performance, TAT, and vendor reliability. - Identify and onboard new vendors, suppliers, and courier partners. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management (preferably in e-commerce). - Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills. - Knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement, and order management systems. - Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management software/ERP systems. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup/e-commerce environment.
