Logistics Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• liaison among Manufacturing engineering, Supply chain, Logistics operations & Logistics engineering.
• document & communicate requirements and expectations to the design team
• manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• build and maintain relationships with logistics suppliers & business partners
• coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, engineering, packaging and operations for inputs, solution validation & deliverables
• ensure projects meet quality standards and business partners requirements.

- Project Management

• develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution
• communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• monitor and report on project performance metrics.

- Implementation and Integration:

• oversee the implementation of storage systems, warehouse, POU and processes.
• ensure seamless integration with existing systems and operations.
• troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• develop and implement risk management plans.
• ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics engineering design, implementation & project management, or a related field.

- Skills:

• Project management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse & POU design and systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
