Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics cum MIS Executive to manage the daily logistics operations and maintain accurate MIS reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking shipments, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and providing timely and accurate data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: Logistics:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound & outbound).
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records.
• Maintain records of all logistics activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

MIS (Management Information System):

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (inventory, dispatch, transport costs, etc.).
• Maintain and update logistics and stock movement data in spreadsheets or ERP systems.
• Analyze trends and generate performance dashboards.
• Assist management with data-driven insights for operational improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics and MIS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data handling.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.
• Experience in warehouse management and vendor coordination.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
