Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Support Executive to manage coordination and communication across customers, overseas offices, agents, and vendors. The role involves ensuring smooth shipment handling, accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer service.

1. Coordination & Communication

· Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

· Liaise with overseas offices, vendors, agents, and freight partners for bookings and shipment updates.

· Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding shipment details, queries, and issues.

· Update customers regularly on shipment status, exceptions, product details, and service upgrades.

2. Shipment Handling

· Create and acknowledge loads as per SOP requirements for overseas offices.

· Confirm all shipment information with the origin office to initiate the shipment process.

· Receive, review, and validate customer orders and shipping documents (SLI, EEI, invoices, packing lists, etc.).

· Verify fees, SOP guidelines, and rates as per Quotes or Customer SOP.

· Review shipment status, check pre-alerts, and issue shipment documents to the CHA team.

· Coordinate between the Custom House Agents (CHA) and customer for exceptions or escalations.

· Ensure accurate costing and revenue allocation for each shipment.

3. Customer Management

· Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.

· Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing proactive service.

· Prepare customer reports and ensure timely submission.

· Conduct periodic reviews with customers and Sales team.

· Provide online/offline product demonstrations to clients when required.

· Ensure timely follow-ups on usage and engagement with the product.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of all tasks and shipments handled.

· Track documentation, reports, and client interactions consistently.

· Support other logistics tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
