Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experienced in generating and managing e-way bills and ensuring all dispatch documents are accurate and compliant.
Responsible for preparing invoices, delivery challans, and maintaining proper billing records.
Coordinates daily vehicle arrangement by communicating with transporters and ensuring timely availability.
Monitors vehicle movement, tracks deliveries, and provides regular updates to concerned teams.
Follows up with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff to avoid delays and ensure smooth dispatch.
Works closely with internal teams like sales, warehouse, and accounts to support logistics operations.
Maintains logistics-related MIS, ensures proper documentation, and handles basic reporting activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of logistics procedures, transportation management, and inventory control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
