RMM Sales & Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities: Promote and sell rice milling machinery and spare parts to customers in the ago-processing industry. Identify prospective clients and generate new leads. Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate machine models and configurations. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Service Responsibilities: Install, commission, and test rice milling machines at customer sites. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services. Train customer operators and technicians on machine usage and upkeep. Handle warranty claims and coordinate repair/replacement of parts. Qualifications & Skills: · Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. · 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in rice milling or similar food processing industry . · understanding of rice milling processes and machinery like paddy separators, huskers, polishers, graders, etc. · Hands-on experience with lab equipment used for rice quality testing. · Customer Handling · Experience in export-oriented rice mills with international quality standards.
