Job Description

Manage the complete logistics cycle — order processing, dispatch, tracking, and delivery coordination. Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with suppliers/distributors for timely replenishment. Liaise with courier and transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries. Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods processes efficiently. Prepare and maintain all logistics-related documentation, including invoices and dispatch records. Update and maintain all logistics, order, and customer details in the CRM system. Track and monitor orders through CRM, ensuring status updates are accurate and timely. Generate logistics and order reports from CRM for management review. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams via CRM for smooth order fulfillment.
