Job Description :

As a Logistics Executive at Tovalign, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling, movement, and delivery of aligner products from production to the end-user. You will coordinate between various departments, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipping, dispatch, and delivery
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Communicate with courier partners, warehouse teams, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and dispatch reports
• Identify and escalate logistics-related issues and follow up until resolution
• Support the implementation of process improvements for better efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
