Logistics Executive

Logistics Executive Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics B2C Executive to manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, coordinating with 3PL partners, monitoring last-mile performance, and continuously improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities:  Coordinate daily B2C shipments and ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.  Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and maximize efficiency  Collaborate with customer service, warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.  Track, analyze, and report on delivery performance, delays, and customer satisfaction.  Communicating with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and answer any billing-related inquiries.  Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and delivery exceptions.  Handle logistics escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field  1+ years of experience in logistics management  Excellent communication and leadership skills  Proficient in using logistics software and systems
