Job Description

Logistics Coordinator - South Zone

Hello Tempayy

India, UAE, and the USA

The Role

Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation and deliveries across South Zone operations.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse staff, and accounts team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, receipts, Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and inventory movements.
Ensure compliance with GST, FSSAI, and other regulatory requirements in logistics.
Work closely with the accounts team for freight bill verification and timely vendor payments.

Skills Required:

2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain coordination.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, and transport planning.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, ERP/Logistics software, and inventory management tools
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail.
