Full job description

We are looking for a logistics coordinator who is meticulous and extremely well-organised to oversee the efficient movement of supplies & shipments throughout our supply chain. Coordinating transportation, handling paperwork, corresponding with depots, and guaranteeing on-time delivery while maximising efficiency and minimising expenses are all part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods.
• Depot Stock Inspection.
• Track and update the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with warehouse coordination.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to resolve delays or issues.
• Monitor costs and negotiate rates with vendors to optimize logistics expenses.
• Generate reports on logistics activities, performance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree must - related field (more preferred).
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, shipping regulations, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong Communication Skill & Negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
