Job Overview:

Logistics & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage

  import documentation

  and

  export documentation

  for international shipments.
• Handle

  logistics documentation

  , including

  airway bills

  ,

  letter of credit (LC)

  ,

  e-way bills

  , and

  e-invoicing bills

  .
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate

  import-export paperwork

  and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Work closely with vendors and clients dealing with the

  international market

  .
• Support shipping activities, including tracking and timely delivery updates.
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in

  Tally Prime

  .
• Assist in reconciliation, invoice preparation, and general accounting tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in

  logistics documentation

  and

  import-export processes

  .
• Knowledge of

  Tally Prime

  and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with

  shipping

  terms,

  LCs

  , and trade compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
