Logistics Account Executive

Job Description: You will be joining First Connect Worldwide LLC in Noida as a full-time Logistics Account Executive. Your main responsibilities will include managing freight brokerage services, overseeing account management, communicating effectively with clients and partners, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You should have prior experience in Freight Brokerage and Account Management, possess strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to drive new business development, exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, be knowledgeable about the transportation and logistics industry, have a good understanding of accounting, and be able to handle day-to-day responsibilities efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field will be required for this role.,
