Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Specialist located in Mengio. The Loan Specialist will manage the entire borrowing process for clients, including advising on loan products, managing documentation, and coordinating with financial institutions. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating client financial information, providing loan product recommendations, assisting with loan application submissions, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The Loan Specialist will also offer ongoing support throughout the loan disbursal process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Advisory, Financial Management, and Client Counseling
• Strong knowledge of documentation, regulatory compliance, and loan processing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Relevant experience or background in banking or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
