Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Odisha, India for a Loan Specialist. The Loan Specialist will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, underwriting, and providing finance-related guidance. Daily tasks include assessing borrower qualifications, maintaining customer service standards, and facilitating communication between clients and financial institutions. The role also involves managing documentation and advising clients on loan products, interest rates, and other financial considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Underwriting and assessing Loans
• Financial acumen and understanding of various Finance-related concepts
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting in Odisha, India
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
