Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Servicing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of loan and mortgage servicing, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Daily tasks include processing loan payments, maintaining accurate account records, assisting customers with loan-related inquiries, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams. Collaboration with various departments to address and resolve issues is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Loan Servicing, Mortgage Servicing, and Loans
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries and maintain positive client relationships
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
• Familiarity with loan management systems and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Prior experience in a financial or banking setting is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
