Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and understanding various terminologies used in the US, such as Pool Cess Pool vs Swimming Pool, Shingles, gator crossing, half bath, patios. Your role will also involve generating and analyzing reports, performing research on error reports generated by applications, data research, analysis, and processing work in workflow tools. Additionally, you will provide process improvement ideas on productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time. Key Responsibilities: - Seed resources for staffing new engagements - Assist Process executive in learning curve by providing side by side assistance - Handle escalation calls, manage and report service levels, manage break schedule for the team, communicate and manage transport delays - Capture new scenarios in the process and refer to Supervisor for approval - Perform assigned duties according to specific procedures - Refer complex problems/procedures/processes to respective SOP supervisor for review - Remain in a stationary position standing or seated, use a computer keyboard, and view data on a computer screen for up to 95% of work hours or shift - Flexibility to work in late evening shift as per client requisite (Voice requirement) Qualifications: - Education: Graduate - Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background or Data Warehousing Additional Details: N/A,
