Loan Servicing QC Analyst

As a Loan Servicing Quality Control Analyst in the Mortgage Servicing Systems department, your role will involve following established processes and procedures to perform quality control reviews and remediate data defects on daily new loan boarding files. Your shift times will align with USA Pacific Time to ensure timely completion of tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify data errors by comparing loan boarding file data with specific data fields and origination document images in Encompass Loan Origination System. - Correct errors by editing data fields within Encompass system or editing the loan boarding file to ensure error-free loan boarding into ICE MSP Servicing system. - Conduct post boarding QC reviews on newly boarded loans within the MSP system to determine post boarding defect rate. - Provide defect reporting as per instructions to facilitate root cause identification and correction of data errors. **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to work required business hours as per management's determination. - Understanding of basic mortgage loan boarding processes and quality control/assurance concepts. - Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. - 12th grade, Junior college or Pre-university college degree/diploma required. - Undergraduate degree preferred but not required. - 2-3 years of experience in data entry, accounting, quality assurance, or auditing role. - Entry level knowledge of ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ICE Encompass Loan Origination Systems preferred. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, data analysis, and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with colleagues. - Initiative, trust-building abilities, and collaboration skills with business units, administrative staff, and vendors. As an essential part of the team, you are expected to effectively communicate with client associates, maintain organizational skills, demonstrate productivity, accuracy, and timeliness in task completion. You will use software specific to the position and collaborate effectively with other members of the team to ensure successful loan boarding processes.,
