Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell loan products (e.g., personal, auto, home, or business loans) to individuals or businesses. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, or in-branch inquiries. Analyze client financial information to recommend appropriate loan products. Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and industry regulations. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with clients throughout the loan approval process and after disbursement. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credit and risk teams) to ensure timely processing of applications. . Team Leadership and Supervision o Lead, supervise, and support a team of employees. o Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members. o Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Performance Management o Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for team members. o Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback. o Conduct performance reviews and handle performance issues constructively
