Job Opening: Loan Documentation & Process Executive Company: Bright Financial Services Industry: Vehicle Finance (3-Wheeler Funding) Location: Lucknow Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Bright Financial Services is a growing financial services company dealing in 3-wheeler funding, working with DDF codes from Bajaj Finance Limited and Hinduja Leyland Finance. We aim to provide smooth and efficient loan processing services to our customers and partners. We are looking for a Loan Documentation & Process Executive who can manage loan cases from the initial stage of approval to the point where the loan is punched by the operations team. Key Responsibilities : End-to-end handling of loan cases for 3-wheeler funding. Verify and approve incoming loan applications, ensuring all customer, guarantor, and vehicle documents are correct and complete. Manage and maintain proper documentation, including KYC, vehicle papers, financial documents, agreements, etc. Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure loan punching on portals (Bajaj, Hinduja). Monitor and oversee the team’s workflow, ensuring timely processing and task completion. Identify discrepancies in files and communicate with relevant branches or team members to resolve them. Prepare and maintain MIS reports for loan files, discrepancies, approvals, and workflow tracking. Handle document scanning, inward entry, updating logs, and maintaining systematic digital and physical records. Requirements Prior experience in vehicle finance / NBFC / loan documentation preferred. Knowledge of Bajaj Finance, Hinduja Leyland Finance processes will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of KYC norms, customer files, and loan documentation checks. Good communication skills for coordination with branches, customers, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer skills: MS Excel, documentation tools, scanning & uploading, etc.
