Role Overview: We are looking for a Collection Manager to manage the loan collection process across our network and ensure timely recovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, monitoring accounts, and implementing effective collection strategies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily activities of field collection agents. Assign collection targets and track performance. Monitor overdue accounts and implement recovery strategies. Maintain accurate records and generate collection reports. Handle escalations and communicate with customers when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in loan collections, recovery, or related fields. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to analyze reports and take action. Familiarity with loan management systems is an advantage.
