Requirements & Benefit: Fresher Education: Graduate preferred(2023 to 2025 – Passed-out Batch) | Salary – 14,000 TH+ Incentive Sales Officer Education: HSC / Graduate preferred Experience: 0.6 – 1 years in sales, preferably in LAP, mortgages, or secured lending Salary – 14,000 to 18000 Take Home+ Incentive Relationship Manager Education: HSC / Graduate preferred Experience: 1 – 3 years in sales, preferably in LAP, mortgages, or secured lending Salary – 18,000 to 25000 Take Home + Incentive Key Responsibilities: Source new customers for Loan Against Property through direct sales, Branch partners. Understand customer requirements and assess financial eligibility. Guide customers through the documentation and loan application process. Maintain good relationships with customers & Branch and provide post-sales service. Achieve monthly sales targets for LAP disbursals. Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and risk guidelines.
