Listing Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Channel & Distribution

Manager to manage property portfolio across major online travel agencies

(OTAs) and booking platforms. You will play a pivotal role in increasing listing

visibility, maintaining uptime across channels, and ensuring our portfolio

performs at its highest potential.

This is a hands-on operational role - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-

paced environments, understands OTA mechanics deeply, and enjoys solving

problems before they impact performance.

A) Key Responsibilities:

1. Omni-Channel Distribution Management

. Manage the distribution of the property portfolio across multiple OTAs,

including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Google Travel, and Expedia.

. Optimize channel mix strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy across

all distribution channels.

. Ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance across all channels.

2. Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution

. Monitor listings for delisting or ranking issues and resolve these issues swiftly.

. Report progress on issue resolution, coordinating with internal teams or

external support when needed.

. Track and troubleshoot integration errors, booking discrepancies, and

connectivity issues.

3. Revenue Optimization

. Identify and implement promotion strategies across OTAs to maximize property exposure.

. Manage special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions to drive booking volume.

. Collaborate with revenue management team on pricing strategies and yield management.

B) Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Technical Expertise

. Property Management Systems (PMS): Proficient in using PMS platforms

such as Hostaway, Guesty, Uplisting, or similar systems

. OTA Management: Advanced knowledge of OTA extranet management for Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and other major booking platforms.

- Experience

. 1-3 years in OTA distribution, channel management, revenue management,

or short-term rental operations.

. Experience managing 50+ active listings across multiple channels

(preferred).

. Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret performance metrics and

optimize actions accordingly.

- Soft Skills

. High attention to detail with zero-error mindset.

. Strong communication and coordination skills.

. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly in high-

urgency situations.
