About the Role

• Provide technical support for

  Linux systems

  and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and performance issues.
• Perform system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources (AWS services like EC2, RDS, CloudFront, Route 53, ALB).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Manage and troubleshoot web/application servers (IIS, Apache) and databases (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Implement cloud and system security best practices.
• Monitor infrastructure and proactively respond to incidents using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts and handle on-call support as required.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and standard operating procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Linux commands with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer orientation, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
