Job Description

Hiring Locations & Work Mode: Inside Sales Executive: Noida Work from Office (WFO) Field Sales Executive: Noida Work from Office (WFO) + Local Field Visits Pune, Bangalore, Gujarat, Kolkata Permanent Work from Home (WFH) Note: Candidates must be available for local client visits/coordination as required. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Handle incoming leads, trial signups, and SMB to Enterprise accounts via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Understand client requirements, suggest relevant cloud solutions, and drive deal closures. Conduct regular follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel. Ensure CRM is consistently updated with accurate lead status. Research and generate new leads when the pipeline is low. Meet and exceed assigned weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with technical/onboarding teams post-closure to ensure a smooth client experience. Prepare and present daily/weekly reports with actionable insights. (For Field Sales Executives) : Physically coordinate with clients locally as needed to support business growth and relationship building. Key Skills Required: Proven sales experience (internship or full-time) with a consistent track record of meeting targets. Solid understanding of sales funnel stages and closure techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage in requirement-based consultative selling. Awareness of cloud services and SaaS-based solutions is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for data tracking and reporting. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and email communication best practices. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms is preferred. Soft Skills: Highly target-oriented , self-motivated , and persistent . Excellent research and follow-up discipline . Strong in active listening , articulation, and relationship building. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Confident in managing end-to-end sales conversations and closures.
