With the launch of our mobile app, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Customer Service Executive to manage real-time user support, sales communication, and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Handle live chat support through our app to assist users with queries and service-related concerns Manage sales messages, phone calls, and timely follow-ups with clients Facilitate smooth call connections between customers and expert consultants Maintain accurate reporting of daily consultations, issues, and resolutions Collaborate with team members across departments for effective workflow and client satisfaction Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous service across all communication channels Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, telesales, or a related field preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic proficiency in computers, mobile apps, and CRM tools Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain a client-first approach Must be available for full-time, on-site work
