Position: Sales Head Cloud Sales Location: Noida Experience Required: 08-15 years (Must be hands-on minimum 5 years and target-driven) About Utho: Utho is Bharats Own Cloud Platform powering 22,000+ users including Maruti Suzuki, Yatra, Honeywell, and Exotel. We want a Sales Head who leads from the front who builds, scales, and owns the number. Your Responsibilities : Revenue & Closures Take full ownership of revenue generation from pipeline to conversion Personally drive large deals while mentoring team on mid-market and SMB deals Eliminate deal-blockers, fast-track closures, and bring business, not just reports Sales Team Leadership Hire, coach, and scale a performance-driven sales team Monitor weekly performance; drive urgency, discipline, and results Set clear targets and make sure they are met without excuses Market Expansion & Strategy Identify new markets, partnerships, and verticals for Utho Be on top of competitor activities, pricing, and shifting trends Give actionable feedback to product and marketing for faster GTM Customer Relationships Build lasting relationships with CTOs, DevOps Heads, and Infra Buyers Be present in key customer conversations and help unblock them technically and commercially Ensure trust, speed, and service in every engagement Must-Have Skills 08-15 years of B2B sales experience (cloud/infra/IaaS/SaaS domain) Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, container workloads, and cloud cost drivers . Proven ability to lead teams and directly close high-ticket deals No-nonsense approach gets things done, manages outcomes, not activities Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and revenue forecasting Nice to Have Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups Familiarity with DevOps, cloud migrations, and technical sales Strong network in mid-market and enterprise segments Why Utho?
