Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

  • Handle incoming leads, trial signups, and SMB to Enterprise accounts through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Understand customer requirements, pitch relevant cloud solutions, and drive closure.
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Maintain timely updates on CRM with accurate lead status.
  • Research and generate potential leads when pipeline is low.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the technical or onboarding team post-closure.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share actionable insights.

Key Skills Required:

  • Prior sales experience (internship or full-time) with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Clear understanding of the sales funnel and closure process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct requirement-based conversations.
  • Cloud industry awareness is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and tracking
  • WhatsApp Business, Email Writing is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms is preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Target-driven and persistent
  • Strong research and follow-up discipline
  • Clear articulation and active listening
  • Time management and self-accountability
  • Confidence in handling prospects independently
