LinkedIn Outreach And Marketing Support Assistant

About the Role:

LinkedIn outreach and content execution

This role is focused on consistency and follow-through. No content writing or strategy work is required — we’ll provide everything you need to execute.

What You'll Do:

• Send LinkedIn connection requests from multiple team profiles each week
• Post ready-to-go content on individual and company pages
• Track invites sent, accepted, and engagement in a shared tracker
• Handle company page invites and monitor monthly credit usage
• Coordinate basic content or updates with team members
• Keep weekly tracking sheets updated (Google Sheets or Airtable)

Requirements:

• Strong

  written and spoken English

  (you’ll post and message professionally)
• Hands-on experience using

  LinkedIn

  (posting, connecting, tagging, etc.)
• Organized and consistent — able to manage weekly deliverables
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and Drive
• Ability to follow systems and report progress without constant reminders

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Basic Canva/design skills
• Experience with CRMs or scheduling tools
• Previous experience in marketing support or LinkedIn outreach
