LinkedIn Marketer (Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a skilled and creative LinkedIn Marketer with 2–3 years of proven experience in managing and growing LinkedIn company pages, personal branding campaigns, lead generation, and content marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge upto date (August 2025) and adequate knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, content trends, and analytics to effectively build brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage company and leadership LinkedIn pages, ensuring consistent posting and high-quality content.
• Create, curate, and optimize engaging content (posts, articles, creatives, videos, infographics).
• Run and monitor LinkedIn Ad Campaigns (Paid & Organic) (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms).
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify LinkedIn trends and best practices.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using LinkedIn Analytics and other tools.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Skills Required:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content formats, and paid promotions.
• Experience in LinkedIn Ads Manager, lead generation campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to think creatively and design impactful LinkedIn campaigns.
• Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
