Position Title:

Job Overview:

You will collaborate closely with various teams, lead life insurance campaigns, and help our customers make informed decisions about their financial protection. If you're a self-starter with a knack for building strong relationships and have a genuine interest in the financial wellbeing of clients, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Engage with cold and warm leads, converting them into successful closures by effectively explaining the life insurance process and its benefits.
Client Journey Management: Guide hot leads through the entire journey, explaining the process, clarifying doubts, and offering personalized solutions.Life Insurance Campaigns: Actively participate in life insurance campaigns targeting existing bank customers, pitching appropriate policies, and convincing them of the value of securing their future.Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.Consultative Selling: Understand customer financial needs and recommend life insurance products that align with their long-term goals. Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on life insurance industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes, ensuring your recommendations are always relevant and compliant.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to offer seamless financial services and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Compliance: Ensure that all recommendations and interactions adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:


Bachelors Degree in any field. Basic knowledge of life insurance products and services, especially those tailored to individuals and SMEs.1+ years of experience in a commercial or banking environment (experience in life insurance is a plus).Strong ability to convert leads and close sales effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.Proven ability to build and manage client relationships with a focus on long-term retention. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for customer needs.
