Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and PCF (Product Carbon Footprint) Expert

Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)

1. Managing the LCA and PCF services at TSSA

2. Conducting the LCA and PCF studies

3. Organizing meeting with clients and/or other stakeholder to market these services . Participation in technical presentations/meetings with clients.

4. Should be responsible for currect document and record-keeping for these services

5. Developing client information and recording updates on a day-to-day basis

6. Reviewing client application forms and preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotes

7. Preparing LCA and PCF reports as per applicable ISO Standards, viz., ISO 14040, 14044 and 14067

8. Making close connect with client before and after sales till project completion. Attending seminars/conferences thereby identifying the

needs of future business expansion with different clients.

9. Keeping up to date with day-to-day developments in the LCA/tools/protocols/standards/trends.

Knowledge / Skills (If any)

1. Should be able to operate the Simapro software to complete Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and PCF (Product Carbon Footprint) study

2. Candidate should have extensive work experience in the field of Life cycle assessment (LCA) of products including but not limited to hands-on experience on Life Cycle Assessments of industrial products and to quantify their impact on the environment according to IPCC guidelines using SimaPro Software

3. Had conducted more than 05 eco-efficiency assessment of products, critical reviewer for LCA (ISO 14040/44), Certified LCA Practitioner, in depth understanding of Eco design/sustainability domain, Sustainability reporting (Preparation of Sustainability Reports, Technical Support, Assurance Audit for Sustainability Reporting).

4. Knowledge of relevant standards & frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, SDG etc.), ESG reporting and rating standards, Environment & Social Governance, Corporate Sustainability Reporting, Assessment/ GHG (Green House Gas) Protocol / CDP / SASB Value Reporting Foundation) standards; will be added advantage.

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor's in science/engineering/technology/Sustainability/Environmental science

Certification or Training (If any required)

Should have completed LCA training
