Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Gurugram. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, diagnostic evaluations, psychological tests, and therapy sessions for individuals and groups. Additional responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to team members, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the development of therapeutic plans. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling Psychology
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing and related assessment techniques
• Experience in providing Clinical Supervision and supporting team development
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist and compliance with state regulations
• Experience or interest in working with diverse populations and treatment modalities
