Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Addiction Recovery Coach located in Gurugram. The Addiction Recovery Coach will work with individuals struggling with substance abuse to provide peer support, recovery coaching, addiction recovery guidance, coaching, and training to help them on their path to recovery. Qualifications Peer Support and Recovery Coaching skills Experience in Addiction Recovery and Coaching Training in addiction recovery support programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and understanding towards individuals struggling with substance abuse Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Experience in mental health or substance abuse counseling is a plus Certification in addiction counseling or related field is beneficial Show more Show less
