Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Liasoning Executive with 1–3 years of experience in coordinating with government departments for solar projects installations. The candidate will be responsible for managing all external approvals and regulatory processes from project registration to final commissioning. The ideal candidate must have strong project planning and coordination skills, and deep knowledge of state government policies, net metering, and CEIG approvals. Responsibilities Liaison with government departments such as DISCOMs, CEIG, GEDA, and other state bodies for timely project approvals. Manage end-to-end compliance and documentation for government tender projects. Coordinate for net metering, CRIG/CEIG approvals, and other statutory requirements. Oversee project registration, track progress, and ensure smooth execution up to final commissioning. Ensure adherence to state renewable energy policies and stay updated with regulatory changes. Plan, schedule, and coordinate with internal project teams and external stakeholders. Resolve field-level issues by maintaining professional relationships with government officials. Prepare reports and maintain detailed records of all approvals, meetings, and submissions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, Diploma Ele., or a related field. Familiarity with local regulations, DISCOM procedures, and project documentation standards. Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Knowledge of the solar energy industry and relevant regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
