Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with Central, State, and Local Government departments, PSUs, and authorities for timely product approvals and registrations.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with officials in NHAI, PWD, Metro Corporations, CPWD, JDA, RMC, and other concerned agencies.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications, proposals, and technical documents required for product approvals.

Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and management teams to compile necessary documentation for approvals.

Develop and deliver professional presentations to government bodies, consultants, and clients highlighting product benefits and technical aspects.

Stay updated with government policies, tendering processes, approval guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Track and monitor the status of all product approval applications and ensure timely escalation of pending matters.

Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and presentations with government authorities and consultants.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong liaisoning and networking skills with government departments and consultants.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create professional presentations.

Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations to senior officials and stakeholders.

Strong follow-up, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.

Good knowledge of approval processes, technical submissions, and government regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Public Relations, Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in liaisoning and product approval roles with government bodies (experience in construction/infra/chemical industry preferred).

Proven track record of successfully obtaining product approvals from government authorities and metro/infra projects.
