Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of Unsecured Loan, Personal Loan, Banking Loan, Home Loan, Loan against Property customers in the identified segment.
  • Ensure quality sourcing in line with the NBFC & Bank's policy.
  • Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Min. 3+ years’ experience in sales & Channel Partner

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand the company's market presence.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to enhance sales strategies and offerings.

· Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Must Have:

· At least 4 Year of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales/Corporate Lending/ Mid-Market relationship management in leading Banks/NBFCs

· Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on NBFCs.

· Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

· Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

· Knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment options.

· Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

· Familiarity with digital sales channels and technologies for sales optimization.

· Willingness to travel as neede

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
