Leisure Travel Consultant

Job Summary: Pluto Travels is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Leisure Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized travel experiences, curating holiday packages, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. This role requires expertise in leisure travel, strong customer service skills, and a deep understanding of global destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour packages.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation & Sales:Understand clients’ travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to design personalized leisure travel itineraries.Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, flights, activities, and travel insurance.Promote and sell holiday packages, cruises, and other travel-related services.Itinerary Planning & Coordination:Curate and plan comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, local tours, transfers, and dining options.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation services to confirm bookings.Ensure all travel arrangements meet customer expectations and budget constraints.Customer Service & Support:Assist clients with travel-related queries, visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, or emergency situations professionally.Provide pre-travel guidance on local customs, travel regulations, and safety measures.Market Research & Product Development:Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and evolving customer preferences.Collaborate with suppliers and tour operators to develop competitive travel packages.Negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.Operational & Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and travel documents.Follow up on payments, refunds, and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.Work closely with marketing teams to promote special offers and travel packages.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically in leisure travel.Job Location-DubaiSkills Required:Strong knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and accommodation options.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sales and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in using travel booking systems (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling luxury or premium travel clients.Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.Familiarity with digital marketing for travel promotions.hashtag#urgenthiringhashtag#dubaihiringhashtag#leisurehashtag#travelconsultanthashtag#GDShashtag#travelpackageshashtag#iteneraies Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
