Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant - Leisure & Ticketing Operations at Pluto Travels located in Ahmedabad.

The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing top-notch customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services to clients.

Qualifications:Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills.

Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Customer Service (flights, hotels, packages)

Ability to handle Reservations efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of leisure travel trends and destinations

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fieldTicketing - GDSHotel Booking Communication with Hotels and Airlines.

Other Miscellaneous Travel related arrangementsDomestic or International travel experienceExceptional client service and task management skills

Commitment to exceptional customer service

Skilled in making custom travel itineraries and handling client queries

Strong sales ability with a passion for closing travel deals

Knowledge of both International and Domestic travel destinations, tour operations and managing end-to-end travel plans

Good communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.

Must be target-oriented & self-starterAbility to manage team

Ability to work in rotational shifts (day & night shift) & rotational offs
