US Staffing Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through JobDiva, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates as per client requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Requirements

    3 years of US staffing experience
