US Staffing Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for legal roles in the US market.
• Source candidates through JobDiva, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates as per client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to negotiation and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Stay updated on

  US legal hiring trends, compliance, and market intelligence

Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of US staffing experience

  , with at least

  2 years in Legal hiring

• Hands-on expertise with

  (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of US employment terms, visa types, and hiring compliance.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
