Legal Recruiter

Position Overview: As a Legal Staffing Professional, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified legal professionals in permanent roles. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process—from understanding client needs to candidate onboarding.

Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Location: Phase 8 Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab U.S Shift

Timing: (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) IST

Experience: Fresher or Experienced 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for legal roles including paralegals, legal associates, compliance professionals, and contract attorneys.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate presentations.
• Conduct interviews to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate updates.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships.
• Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Strong interest in healthcare recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
