This role is ideal for someone who has a solid background in U.S. staffing , with proven expertise in W2 hiring , LinkedIn Recruiter , and a strong added edge in legal hiring . If you’re a recruitment professional with a passion for connecting top talent to high-impact roles, especially within financial services, legal, or compliance sectors , then we want to hear from you! βœ… Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for W2 consultants , with a strong focus on U.S.-based clients. Specialize in legal hiring , including roles like legal analysts, compliance officers, contract administrators, and paralegals. Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and internal ATS. Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and domain-specific expertise, including legal and financial knowledge when required. Collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand client needs and provide consultative hiring support. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines. Ensure compliance with federal and client-specific hiring practices, especially for legal and sensitive roles. 🎯 Key Requirements 1–3 years of experience in U.S. staffing with a solid track record in W2 hiring . Mandatory experience working with direct clients only (No third-party or implementation partners). Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools is a must. Strong understanding of U.S. hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines. Experience in legal hiring or exposure to legal/compliance recruitment is a big plus.
